All of the above is included in a price per child---email Betty@charmednola.com for more price & Storyland Party policy information. ------------------------------------------------------------ There is no charge for "grown-ups", however, if you would like to order food/drink for them...we have great options. Ask for information. These options are in addition to the price per child and not a requirement for any party. It is your choice whether or not to have food/drink for "grown-ups".
There is absolutely no outside food allowed in Storyland for a Charmed Party. No exceptions.
Your party will continue by using your tickets ( included with your party) in the amusement park or you can stay in Storyland and play the entire afternoon.
At Charmed Parties, we are full service party planners...all you need to do is provide a guest list, confirm your guests and come have a good time! Let us handle all the rest of the details!
Charmed Boutique and Parties is a locally owned company. We specialize in Emily Post Institute Classes, and Birthday Parties for girls & boys from ages 3-up. Our mission is to establish a fun and exciting place to learn tools for a successful life, and create memories all done with exceptional personal customer service. Our parties are moderately priced and can be customized to fit your needs.
TERMS and CONDITIONS: Reservations are made on a first come first serve basis. Reservations can be made by phone or in person only. Due to the popularity of our parties and party room, we are booked usually 30 - 60 days in advance. Please plan ahead in order to ensure that you can reserve your first choice date.
DEPOSIT: A REFUNDABLE deposit($100) is required to reserve your party (refundable up to fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled party date). Your deposit will become NON-REFUNDABLE when your scheduled party date is within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled date of your party.
Please understand that we cannot reserve your date until the required non-refundable deposit is received. Reservations must be made within a minimum of 14 days prior to your party date. Changes or add-ons to your party must be made within a 14 day minimum of your party date.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be made fourteen (14) business days prior to the party date in order to receive a 100% refund. If the cancellation occurs after the fourteen (14) business day period, the $100 deposit will be forfeited at that time and applied to another party date scheduled within 1 year of the original cancellation date. PLEASE NOTE that any cancellations made within 48 hours of the party date will result in full forfeiting of the $100 deposit and no party date will be rescheduled for that same deposit. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Charmed Boutique & Parties reserves the right to reschedule your party.
PAYMENT: We accept all major credit cards, checks, and cash. $50 NSF check fee will be charged for any returned checks. Final payments will be made on your party date in cash or credit card only. No checks will be accepted on the day of your party. If paying the balance by check, please allow 1 week prior to your party date to make final payment. Failure to make final payment will result in the release of your reserved party date and time, and you will forfeit non-refundable security deposit.
CHANGES AND ADJUSTMENTS: An estimated head count is requested at booking and confirmed within 14 days of your party date. We ask that you provide us with any changes or adjustments as soon as possible and within (14) days prior to your scheduled party. This allows us the necessary time to accommodate your needs. We cannot guarantee any changes or adjustments in plans if done after the (14) days mentioned above. We require that changes and/or add-ons be done in writing, by email, and not left on voicemail. A final RSVP count is due 48 hours prior to your party date in order for us to properly prepare for your party. This is the number that you will be charged for whether they attend on the party date or not.
ATTENDANCE: A final RSVP count is due 48 hours prior to your party date. This is the number you will be billed for whether they attend of nor on party day. Our maximum capacity is (35) including all kids and adults ( even the birthday girl). Unfortunately, due to the limited size of the party room and the City of New Orleans Fire Code, we will be unable to accommodate unexpected guests or siblings. Because of our Fire Code and for safety reasons; THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
One adult must be in attendance at the party and are held fully responsible for all party attendees. Tiny Fairy Tea parties require each child to be accompanied by an adult.
INVITATIONS: We will mail via U.S. Postal Service, personalized invitations to your guests. We will begin to address invitations as soon as the guest list has been given to us. Please have your full guest list complete with name, address, City/State/Zip in to us no later than 14 days prior your party. You will be responsible for anything after that date. We cannot guarantee U.S. Mail delivery.
TEA PARTY DRESS-UP GUESTS: Please ask all guests to arrive on-time! Due to the nature of our parties it is important for guests to arrive on time. We will try our best to accommodate late arrivals however, please keep in mind late arrivals disrupt the flow and charm of your party. Drop- ins are not recommended for this type of party.
BEHAVIOR: Your party hostess promises to treat you and your guests with respect and, in turn, expects the same. Any unruly children will be asked to leave the party area. While removed from the party such children will have to be supervised, this supervision will not be provided by Charmed Boutique and Parties. Charmed Boutique and Parties is a smoke-free environment for the safety of our guests. We also have a "no drinking" of alcoholic beverages on the premises. Anyone caught consuming or in possession of alcohol will be immediately removed from the premises. Willful destruction of any costume or party accessory will be billed to you.
ACCIDENT/THEFT: Charmed Boutique and Parties, and Charmed LLC, assumes no responsibility or liability for any or all accidents or theft. It is your responsibility to secure all personal belongings before, during, and after the party. We ask that you keep a watchful eye on both your child and your belongings.
FOOD/ALLERGY: Please ask your guest, prior to the party, if there are any food allergies that we should be aware of. Charmed Boutique and Parties, and Charmed LLC are not responsible for any results of food allergies previously noted or not noted. You may order a cake from us at an additional charge ( ask for details), however, no outside food is permitted for your party since we are a full service party room. We can not be held responsible for allergic reactions to costumes and accessories. Children with known skin sensitivities should plan to wear their own costumes for the party.
TIME: Since we offer a private party room, and it is allows us only one (1) party at a time, your party will not be allowed to exceed the allocated party time limit. We appreciate your understanding of our having to set-up and clean-up before/after each party.
PHOTOS: All photos remain the property of Charmed Boutique and Parties. We reserve the right to use photos for promotional purposes. We will make an attempt to notify you if a photo is used, however, since the photos are our property, there is no permission required for use.
